Hi, my name is Chris, i'm a British-Slovenian living in Berlin. Before moving from the UK, I was a highly experienced driver making deliveries in central London, the South and East of England. The Van
I own a Ford Transit 2.0l
It is a 'Euro 6' meaning it can travel in low emission zones in the center of most cities across Europe. Including London's ULEZ zone
Access to the loading area are on the rear and the passenger side. It can also seat 2 passengers.
The vans maximum height is 2,5m (make note of height restrictions!)
The loading area is;
Width - 1,7m
Height - 1,9m
Length - 3,5m
Volume - 11m3
Max Weight - 1,300kg (including driver and passengers)

We are able to collect an order on your behalf from an IKEA, Baumarkt or store and deliver it to your home.

How does the booking work?

To make a booking, all we need is the following info below. We use this info to calculate the time needed, distance, to find a suitable time slot in our schedule and for us to plan breaks.

Please list items, bulky/heavy/large items please include the dimensions. You do not need to list individual items in a group, such as the names of each book, or each piece of clothing. You do not need to write in a specific format, but a table is easy for us to read, for example:

How do you calculate costs?
Costs are calculated by a few factors:
- Number of items.
- Size and weight of items.
- From what floors and if the building has a large enough elevator.
- Distance.
- Also we have to charge a minimum price for us to cover running costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Card/EC and Cash. The payment is taken after a job is completed.
Bank transfer is also possible but the payment has to clear before a job starts.
Are you insured?
The company maintains Business Liability Insurance which insures customers in the event of personal injury or damage to buildings during a contract.
The company will also compensate for the loss or damage of items being transported.
Full details and limitations are detailed in the company’s Terms and Conditions. (See section 9 and 10).
Do You work at weekends?
Yes, we try to work 2 Saturdays on and 2 off every month. With a special request Sundays are also possible. Due to 'Ruhezeit' (quiet time), we are unable to assist in residential buildings at this time.
Do you offer packing services?
Unfortunately we do not. To maintain a reliable service for everyone, it is your responsibility to pack items ready for transport.
It is possible for us to deliver moving boxes to your location at an extra cost.
Is it my responsibility to organise a parking space?
Sometimes it is necessary. If the road is too narrow, cycle lane, tram line is on the street, etc... a reserved parking space is needed. You might be liable for any parking fines that are incurred.
